Exchanging links is a proven way to increase your web site traffic, improve your search engine standings, and generally improve your web presence. However, exchanging links is a very time consuming activity. Exchanging links involves contacting other webmasters and asking them for the exchange, and then following a guideline to insure your link partners are not out of business or cheating (either deleting your links, or finding some way to insure your links are not indexable by the search engines). Let us take that burden from you. We insure that:

1. The link pages (exit pages) are no more than 2 clicks of the home page of your partners site.

2. There is no robots.txt forbidding access to the exchange links.

3. Your links are not in frames (not indexable)

4. The sites are not porn or other objectionable format.

5. The path to the exchange links are not javascript links only. (not indexable)

6. Must be on a page, directory, or site that reflects at least the correct general or relevant category. Not too many links of different category on the same page. No Link farms.

7. Periodic checks to insure the site is still there, or has not deleted your link.

1. Text Links. Every effort will be made to make all Text Links from pages that are "relevant" to your web site.
2. All payments are by PayPal (MC & Visa) unless other arrangements are made. Please call the Toll Free Customer Service number if you don't want to use Paypal.
3. The payment will be automatically charged to your account every month once activated. (if Paypal subscription is used)
4. The company will not send an invoice (Paypal will take care of that).
5. All payments are prepaid.
6. Refunds. The company is not liable for refunds for any Internet disruption except those caused by its own business. In this case the company will provide a credit going forward on all accounts.
7. Account Cancellation. The customer has the right to cancel their service at any time but there will be no partial month refunds.
8. The company reserves the right to decline a request for linking if it is deemed to be to the detriment of the sites or the business of the company in any way. The company does not promote porn sites, pornographic or sexually explicit material, or any other objectionable material AND is not responsible for the content of any sites that are linked to not owned by the company.
